The Serie-ECL-MOB enclosures provide an effective solution for protecting laboratory personnel
from the risk of inhalation of harmful volatile chemical substances generated by automatic or semi-automatic
instruments that do not require the continuous presence of an operator during normal operation.

Designed to operate in total recirculation mode after filtration, thanks to their internal filtration and
motorization system configurable according to the substances handled, they ensure operator safety without the
construction costs associated with complex extraction systems. They represent a
versatile and cost-effective alternative to traditional recirculating laboratory fume hoods.

The primary function of the Serie-ECL-MOB enclosures is to ensure negative pressure within the working volume,
preventing the release and accumulation of contaminants in the laboratory environment, particularly when
bench-top instruments are used.

Available in 4 width options and 2 depth options, they can be assembled on-site, allowing easy
adaptation to any environment. Access to the working chamber is provided by horizontal sliding panels.

The worktop is supplied as standard in AISI 316 stainless steel with a removable upper protective layer in
white acid-resistant PVC and is designed to support heavy instrumentation.

Standard equipment:

  • Working chamber with horizontal sliding panels on all sides
  • Pre-assembled structure (lower body + upper enclosure) to reduce installation time
  • Lower ventilated compartment with provision for installing electrical outlets for auxiliary equipment such as vacuum pumps, PCs, chillers, etc.
  • Low airflow alarm with visual indication
  • Incremental hour counter for maintenance interval management
  • No. 1 rubber bulkhead fitting on the front panel below the rear worktop
  • Internal brushless motor with integrated speed control
  • Manual dual-speed motor selector
  • Configurable filtration system with activated carbon, impregnated carbon, HEPA H14 filters, or combinations thereof
